Inspired by the films of the GENESIS film project, Godrej, one of the leading business houses of India, has agreed to make a special contribution to the children of NGO’s who participated in GENESIS.
On the occasion of ‘Makar Sankranti’, the festival of kites, Godrej and Genesis are distributing as many as 2500 kites to various children related NGOs across Mumbai. This collaboration aims at bringing joy to the underprivileged children and allow them to enjoy one of India’s favorite sports, which somehow died out with modernization.
There are also talks with Akshara, to organize a kite flying event where the all their children and women can participate and enjoy kite flying with full fervor.
The exact time and location of this event shall be announced within 24 hours.
